Information we collect

Account information (name, email, phone), case information (respondent details, address for service, documents uploaded), and payment information processed through Stripe.

How we use it

Solely to carry out process serving and skip tracing on your behalf, to invoice and collect payment, and to deliver affidavits of service and case updates.

Disclosure

We disclose case information only to the process server assigned to your file and to our administrative staff. We do not sell or rent your information. We may be required to disclose information to comply with court orders or law enforcement requests.

Retention

Case records, including affidavits of service, are retained for a minimum of seven years in accordance with Ontario rules governing process service records.
