The quiet half of every lawsuit.
Service of process is the part nobody talks about until it fails. We built We Serve Papers to make sure it does not.
What we do
We Serve Papers is an Ontario process serving firm offering in-hand personal service, corporate service, rush and same-day service, and skip tracing. Our process servers work across the Golden Horseshoe and the Greater Toronto Area, with partner coverage province-wide.
Every file is documented the way we would want it documented if we were the ones relying on it: GPS-stamped, photo-backed where appropriate, and supported by an affidavit of service drafted to survive opposing counsel's best attempt to knock it out.
What we do not do
We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, draft pleadings, or appear as counsel. If you need a lawyer or paralegal for your matter, we can refer you to practitioners in our network. The team at We Serve Papers is focused on one thing: getting documents into the right hands and proving it.
Skip tracing through Oversight Intelligence
When an address is stale, a respondent is evasive, or a file needs deeper investigative work, we lean on our sister firm Oversight Intelligence, a licensed Ontario private investigation agency led by co-founder Frank Alfano. This keeps skip tracing and locates in-house and under a valid PI licence, rather than subcontracted to unknown third parties.
Coverage
Our core coverage is Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford, Ancaster, Barrie and the surrounding regions. From there we cover the rest of the GTA, Niagara, Waterloo Region, and central and eastern Ontario through our server network. Out-of-area service is available with a mileage fee; rural and remote service is quoted individually.
How to start a file
Create a dashboard account and submit a case. The system auto-generates a quote from our rate card, and once you approve the number of attempts and pay, the file is routed to a server in the respondent's city. If no server covers that city, the file lands with our Super Admin for manual assignment.
